It’s #TriviaTuesday at the Colorado Railroad Museum. This week our question is: Which company operated the Rocky Mountain Rocket?

Participants are invited to submit their Trivia responses as a comment on our Facebook, YouTube, Instagram or Twitter pages online or send an email to info@crrm.org. Winners are announced the following week at the end of the video!

Last question: What year was the D&RG Boxcar that eventually became RGS Bunk Car No. 01789, built?
Answer: RGS Bunk Car 01789 is believed to be the oldest surviving freight car in Colorado and it was built by the Denver & Rio Grande in 1881 as a 24-foot long, 10-ton capacity boxcar!

Have a GREAT Trivia Question you’d like us to feature? Send an email to the Museum’s Multimedia Coordinator at info@crrm.org!

In 2021 the Museum is operating socially distanced train rides each Saturday! Follow us on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter. Correct responses were received from Larry De Maar, Chris Crowley & Derek Higgins.
