As of right now, THE POLAR EXPRESS™ SHOWS ARE STILL ON for TONIGHT, Sunday, December 21! The Colorado Railroad Museum has brought in generators to make sure we can run the show. In anticipation of the fact that power may still be turned off in our region, the Museum will be closed to regular daytime guests Sunday, December 21, 2025.
If for any reason one or more of the three THE POLAR EXPRESS™ shows on Sunday 12/21/2025 must be canceled, we will endeavor to contact ticketed guests via email and/or telephone. You can also check in with us after 8am by calling us at (303) 279-4591. If you are unable to reach us there, please try calling our special one-day-only number, 720-779-4262.
Thank you for your understanding. THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride show tickets are not refundable, and they cannot be rescheduled at this point as all performances are sold out. Should any shows be canceled by us, the Museum will issue refunds automatically.
We’re hard at work right now to make sure that guests will be able to enjoy their THE POLAR EXPRESS™ experience. We look forward to welcoming you this evening if you have tickets!
