Time for a new “Big Train Tour!” Each tour will focus on a different piece of historic equipment in the Colorado Railroad Museum’s collection.
Our subject passenger car was built for the Santa Fe and launched the 1937 debut of the streamlined “Super Chief,” running between Los Angeles and Chicago. Come join me now as we take a look at the history of this stylish classic, and how it came to be displayed at the Colorado Railroad Museum in Golden.
In 2021 the Museum is operating socially distanced train rides each Saturday! Follow us on Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter.
