BECOME A MUSEUM VENDOR
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
VENDOR is responsible for the collection and payment of any sales and use tax related their activity and shall acquire all necessary permits and/or licenses as are required by Colorado Law. The Colorado Railroad Museum does not ask for any percentage of your daily sales. All Food Vendors must have their original Colorado Retail Food Establishment license on premise at all times
Vendor must be prepared to open for business no later than 10:00 AM and operate until 4:00 PM on special event days. Hours may vary during Free Days, Educational Programing and Themed Events.
Vendors are responsible for bringing extension cords, water hoses, tarps, ropes, cords, staple guns, tie wraps, shade tents, tables. Electricity will be available for a fee of $50 per plug. The Colorado Railroad Museum has a limited supply of white/blue 10×10 tents and 8ft folding tables available for rent. Contact danielle@crrm.org for information.
