EVENT RENTALS
Due to our end of the year special events, Museum venue rentals and after hour photography rentals are only available February – August. For more information on weddings, company picnics after hour events, and other venue rentals please contact the Museum’s Guest Service Team at 303-279-4591 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays!
COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP EVENTS
Community Partnership Events are reviewed and facilitated on a case-by-case basis.
We have partnered with various mission-related nonprofit meetings/gatherings such as “Raise a Reader” and “Golden Summer Jam” to name a couple.

General Terms of Use
- Rentals are offered 7 days a week. Access to venues on weekends is based on availability and the yearly Colorado Railroad Museum events calendar.
- 30% deposit is due immediately upon booking to hold reservation
- Events must be cancelled 2 weeks in advance in order to receive a full refund of deposit.
- If applicable, liquor permits must be applied for, paid for and provided to the Museum by the party renting the venue.
- The Museum retains the right to cancel any rental event/meeting due to adverse weather or any phenomenon which puts the safety of guests and staff at risk, based on required safety regulations.
