Our Online Store Process
During the checkout process, you are required to enter account information. At this point all Museum Members and online shoppers need to create an account.
Museum Members, you will need to create your account using your new member number assigned by our updated relationship management system. This will allow you to easily renew your membership online and will also provide you with the Member benefit of 10% off most Depot General Store purchases (15% off for Life Members).
Your new member number can be found at the bottom of your membership card. If you have not received a new membership card or, would like to update your account with your old membership number, please contact Multimedia Coordinator Matthew Isaacks and we will prioritize your account!
