It’s #TBT and for Throwback Thursday this week we have pictures from the second day of the 2016 “Narrow Gauge Rendezvous” captured by Museum volunteer George Lawrence! On Saturday August 27, 2016 guests traveled to Cumbres Pass by bus or car for a special photo excursion featuring Rio Grande Southern “Galloping Geese” Nos. 5 & 7 as well as Denver & Rio Grande Western steam locomotive No. 315. Afterwards, locomotive 315 remained at Cumbres for the night while the “geese” went on to Chama.
