After you experience the Museum be sure to take home a memory from our Depot General Store featuring thousands of train gifts for every railfan.

Our celebrated store has over a thousand railroad-themed gifts, jewelry, magazines, books and videos, covering all areas of the United States as well as a small selection of international railroad books.

For young people, we have a large selection of Thomas the Tank Engine collectibles and a wide range of railroad-themed toys.

Author Jim Wrinn will be on-site all day signing copies of the latest Trains Magazine Special Edition: Colorado  and he will host DVD presentations at 10:00AM and 2:00PM.

Rides will be available from 10:00AM until 4:00PM.

Annual Auction

Each spring, The Colorado Railroad Museum publishes an Auction Catalog where you’ll find many items that represent surplus, out of scope or duplicate materials. There are items and collectibles that will interest every railfan. All proceeds from the auction go directly to support the Museum’s programs.
