Discounted admission rates are provided for Active Military, AAA Members, disabled adults and Groups over 20.
All tickets include access to Museum Exhibits, Roundhouse Restoration Facility and our Railyard.
*Family Pass includes up to 2 adults and up to 5 children under 16.
Members of the Colorado Railroad Historical Foundation (Museum members), Intermountain Chapter-National Railway Historical Society, Rocky Mountain Railroad Club, Denver HO Club and Denver Garden Railway Society have free admission for most days through by prior agreements. You’ll need to present your membership card to gain free admission, so have it handy.
The Museum is open year-round, daily from 9:00AM to 5:00PM except during Polar Express operations in November & December (click here for dates). During Polar Express operations the Museum will close to regular visitors at 4:00 p.m.
Easter Sunday open from 1:00 – 5:00PM
Christmas Eve open from 9:00AM – 1:00PM
New Year’s Eve open from 9:00AM – 1:00PM
Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
